Your data rights
You can request access, export, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal, opt-out or an appeal. Rights and exceptions depend on your location and the information involved. You may submit a request regardless of region.
Use Your privacy choices to block analytics and videos immediately, or clear saved preferences. Withdrawal stops future optional collection; it does not automatically erase earlier data.
What happens next?
Our team reviews requests manually. We may confirm control of the email used for an earlier interaction and ask for limited information needed to locate your data. We do not disclose or delete another person’s data based only on a name, email claim or request reference. Opt-outs do not require identity documents.
EU/UK requests generally have a one-calendar-month response period. California and Colorado access, correction and deletion requests generally have a 45-day period; some requests have shorter or different deadlines. We assess the applicable rule and notify you of any lawful extension or refusal and available appeal options. You may complain to your local privacy regulator.
We have no visitor accounts. Browser preferences can be cleared locally. Analytics records use pseudonymous cookie identifiers and may not be identifiable from an email alone. We will explain what we can locate without collecting unnecessary identity information.
