AI and simulation transparency

What runs on this site
Satellite positions and mission replays use orbital calculations, reconstructed data and rendered models. They are educational simulations, not live measurements or AI predictions. No chatbot, generative model, personal-data model training, or automated decision system about visitors is implemented in the current site.
Optional browser assistants
A compatible browser assistant can use tools exposed by the page to read the public satellite catalog and current viewing state, or select a satellite. Space Era does not run the assistant’s model. Your browser or assistant provider controls that interaction under its own terms. These tools do not read feedback, privacy requests or analytics identifiers.
Future AI features
The team may explore AI to improve features. Personal information must not enter training or evaluation pipelines without an approved purpose, applicable legal basis, transparency and rights safeguards. Any new AI interaction or generated/manipulated content will be reviewed for appropriate disclosure before release. Ordinary statistics and deterministic simulations are not described as high-risk AI systems.
